WIS Design
WIS Design is a Swedish design duo consisting of Lisa Widén and Anna Wallin Irinarchos. Their design is often characterized by a poetic and playful expression, where function and decoration collaborate to add that extra touch to all the objects that surround us in everyday life.
Lisa and Anna met during their studies at Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm and have been running WIS Design as designers and interior architects since 2006. They aim for their designs to be easy to embrace, suitable for both homes and public spaces.
WIS Design initiated their collaboration with By Rydéns as early as 2008, and since then, they have designed Christmas candlesticks, ceiling, floor, and table lamps. Their work as interior architects gives them an advantage, as they often come up with ideas during projects.
